From the outset, we knew this was no ordinary vehicle wrap. It was a journey into the world of fantasy, where each element of the motorcycle was meant to tell a story of power, mystery, and the untamed spirit of a dragon.

The client’s deep fascination with dragons and their vision for the project aligned perfectly with our team’s passion for this type of mythical theme. The dragon, hidden within the structure of the motorcycle, was meant to emerge and disappear, weaving through the metal as if the Harley itself had transformed into a mythical beast. From vision to execution, every step of the process was filled with excitement and challenge.

Designing Step by Step

The graphic was created entirely from scratch, without the use of AI tools, which required us to rely fully on our creativity and precision. The dragon’s eye at the front of the Harley was designed to gaze straight ahead, while its scales subtly emerged from tears along the saddlebags. It was like painting a picture on a moving canvas — each curve of the motorcycle presented a new challenge, especially since the vinyl wrap must be stretched during application.

Challenges and Satisfaction

The most challenging part was manually adjusting the design to fit the curved surfaces of the bike, ensuring the integrity of the design remained intact. Each piece had to fit perfectly — from the precise templates to the final application. Transferring a printed design onto such highly curved shapes required incredible attention to detail and patience. The production process took two days, and the wrapping, including the disassembly and reassembly of the bike, took another six days.
